Who is Austin Arthur
Austin Arthur is a West Orange County businessman, community advocate, husband, and father whose work has long been rooted in the community he calls home. Together with his wife, Kellie, he is raising their family in West Orange County while building businesses and serving organizations dedicated to strengthening the people and neighborhoods around them.

Austin's involvement in the community has included service with local nonprofit organizations, civic groups, business organizations, and community boards. His interests have ranged from supporting families and young people to encouraging local businesses, preserving the character of West Orange County, and helping residents become more connected with the community around them. At the heart of that involvement is a genuine love for West Orange and the many distinct communities that together make it such a special part of Central Florida.
That same interest in people, places, and community led Austin to create After Thought in 2020, a long-form interview program dedicated to conversations worth exploring beyond the headlines and everyday exchanges. The show provides an opportunity to sit down with people who help shape West Orange County and learn more about their experiences, ideas, work, and perspectives.

For Austin, West Orange County is much larger than any one community or neighborhood. It is Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Horizon West, Tildenville, Oakland, Ocoee, Gotha, and the many neighborhoods and communities in between, each with its own history, people, challenges, and character. After Thought was created to explore that broader community through thoughtful conversations with the people who live it, lead it, build it, serve it, and help tell its story.
Whether the subject is local history, business, government, education, community service, culture, or simply an interesting life lived close to home, Austin approaches After Thought with curiosity rather than a predetermined conclusion. The goal is simple: slow the conversation down, listen carefully, ask meaningful questions, and leave viewers with something more to think about after the conversation ends.
The coverage area
After Thought is filmed across West Orange County, Florida — from the brick streets of downtown Winter Garden and the dirt roads of Windermere to the new villages of Horizon West, the lakefront of Dr. Phillips, and the historic neighborhoods of Ocoee, Oakland, Gotha, and Tildenville.
